I say, that was jolly fun!
Mr and Mrs Ponds, thank you again for allowing our party on your premises. It was most kind of you to extend the offer to Miss Lestrange. Remy and I quite enjoyed ourselves. I hope we weren't too disruptive, what! Please allow me to compliment you again on how cosy and comfortable the place is. And you've well interesting stock, too: I was rather surprised to find Keemun tea on the shelves. I think Remy even found a birthday present for his brother.
Harry, it was good to see you again! Glad you could join us, old chap. I'm sorry so many of these bally old clubs meet at times when it's impossible for me to get to them. I've been working hard, though, to make sure that when I enter the fifth year with the rest of you that I can keep up properly.
Only two days before the CCF starts. Is anyone else excited?

I Solemnly Swear That I Am Up To No Good
Date: 2012-07-26 01:35 am (UTC)Sally-Anne, I wasn't half prepared for Gemma. Is she like that all the time? You must be exhausted at day's end, what?
Did you ever work out how you think you know Mr Ponds? Remy was disappointed the dog wasn't about; he and Alfie want a dog but Mrs Jugson says they're too messy.
I did try to keep Remy making such rude comments about the Ponds' servant but--well, we all did, really, without being too obvious about it, didn't we? She was quite nice, despite his behaviour.

Date: 2012-07-26 01:46 am (UTC)I still have no idea why Mr Ponds looked so familiar. It wasn't his face, it was his slouch. The way he walks. I wondered if maybe he was someone I know, but drinking polyjuice, but he'd need some sort of Special Double-Acting Extra Long polyjuice if that were it, or else he swigged more potion when I turned to tell Gemma to stop trying to climb the trellis.

It was dead hilarious when little Bea grabbed hold of you and started talking to you. Bet she could learn Parsletongue, cause she could make her mouth the right shape. I guess it would be horrible to see her change to a snake face, but it was a laugh to see all the noses she can grow.
