Tea Appreciation

I say, that was jolly fun!

Mr and Mrs Ponds, thank you again for allowing our party on your premises. It was most kind of you to extend the offer to Miss Lestrange. Remy and I quite enjoyed ourselves. I hope we weren't too disruptive, what! Please allow me to compliment you again on how cosy and comfortable the place is. And you've well interesting stock, too: I was rather surprised to find Keemun tea on the shelves. I think Remy even found a birthday present for his brother.

Harry, it was good to see you again! Glad you could join us, old chap. I'm sorry so many of these bally old clubs meet at times when it's impossible for me to get to them. I've been working hard, though, to make sure that when I enter the fifth year with the rest of you that I can keep up properly.

Only two days before the CCF starts. Is anyone else excited?

Gemma's always extra excited for outings. A tea shop outing with me AND loads of my friends (including Harry Marvolo!) is just about the most exciting thing possible for an afternoon.

I still have no idea why Mr Ponds looked so familiar. It wasn't his face, it was his slouch. The way he walks. I wondered if maybe he was someone I know, but drinking polyjuice, but he'd need some sort of Special Double-Acting Extra Long polyjuice if that were it, or else he swigged more potion when I turned to tell Gemma to stop trying to climb the trellis.

Maybe he just reminds you of someone. Mum always thinks strangers look like someone she knows from somewhere.

Yeah, it was fun, wasn't it?

And thanks, Mr and Mrs Ponds. You really do have a nice shop.

It was great not to have of a load of second years to look after, yeah? Though I think they'd have had more fun if we'd taken them to Laszlo's than when we had tea at the Museum of Curiosities that first day.

Anywiz, I like going to little places like that. There's one in Ottery St Catchpole, but we hardly ever go there since it's so close to the Burrow and Mum likes it best at home.

It was dead hilarious when little Bea grabbed hold of you and started talking to you. Bet she could learn Parsletongue, cause she could make her mouth the right shape. I guess it would be horrible to see her change to a snake face, but it was a laugh to see all the noses she can grow.

You were very nice with Bea. Thank you. She quite liked the attention--did you notice?!

We were glad you came round. And you'll be welcome anytime you'd like to come again.
