One thing that does occur to me is that it rather scuppers our plans to bring Maggie to Tea Appreciation. Perhaps there's another way to arrange for her to meet Mr Macnair?

And I don't mean we'd surprise her with Mac right off on this visit. It would just be nice if she knew that she could come here and that we're friendly and willing to help.

Date: 2013-08-06 04:53 pm (UTC)I say, I think part of the problem was she wasn't well convinced I had no romantic interest in her myself! Now that there's direct evidence my affections are firmly planted elsewhere, what, she seems to be far more affable.
